Michael Cohl Producer
With over 40 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry, Cohl is credited with producing and promoting some of the world’s highest profile and most successful music and entertainment events, and is known for his creativity and innovation in the industry. A native of Toronto, Ontario, Cohl launched his career as a local concert promoter in 1969 quickly becoming the driving force on the Canadian music scene with the founding of Concert Productions International (CPI) in 1973. Through the years, Cohl has developed long-lasting business relationships, built on trust, with many of the world’s most recognized artists including The Rolling Stones, U2, Pink Floyd, Barbra Streisand, The Who, Genesis, Pete Seeger, and Crosby Stills Nash and Young.
Michael Cohl’s career in the entertainment business also includes producing, television (including Pete Seeger: Power of Song - Emmy Award – LENNONYC – Peabody Award, Emmy Award, Harry Belafonte: Sing Your Song), film (including Live at the Max and Shine A Light), the children’s show Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! – 2010 Billboard Touring Award for Creative Content, and Broadway (including Spider-Man: Turn Off The Dark, Spamalot – TONY Award – and others).
Michael has won over 35 entertainment industry awards including a Tony; an Emmy; has been inducted into the Canadian Music Rock and Roll Hall of Fame; the Canadian Music Hall of Fame; received a star on Canada’s Walk of Fame; TJ Martell Foundation Man of the Year; a Juno Award for Special Achievement and Billboard Magazine’s first ever Backstage Pass Legend of the Live Award. Cohl is the former Chairman of Live Nation. With a career spanning four decades Cohl continues at the forefront of film, stage, family entertainment, television, exhibits, live events, branded merchandise, sports and music events. He continues to deliver new entertainment properties through his company S2BN Entertainment Corporation of which he is both the founder and Chairman.

Tony Smith Producer
Tony Smith’s father was a concert promoter so consequently Tony grew up around show business with artists such as Duke Ellington, Sarah Vaughan and Stan Kenton. Eventually entering the business as a rock concert promoter and building up a business that included tours by the Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin and The Who amongst many others not least of which was the first live theatrical performances of the Monty Python touring show. In 1973 having become the largest concert promoter in the UK he sold his interest in the business to Harvey Goldsmith and started a management company and has been manager to Genesis, Phil Collins and Mike + The Mechanics for nearly 40 years and continues to do so. He also manages the interests of Nick Mason of Pink Floyd and together with others manages the continuing activities of Pink Floyd. In the past Tony has been closely involved with the management of Peter Gabriel, Julian Lennon, Peter Frampton and many others. He also managed the career of Stephan Elliott – director of Priscilla: Queen Of The Desert and was closely involved with him during the making of this movie and another Elliott movie Frauds. Tony started a music publishing company in 1975 – Hit & Run Music (Publishing) Limited and successfully built the publishing catalogue through the 80’s and 90’s. In 1999 Tony sold the company to EMI in a multi-million pound deal.
He is founder and owner of Hit & Run Productions and together with his business partner Hilary Shor produced Eye Of The Beholder directed by Stephan Elliott starring Ewan McGregor and Ashley Judd which attained the No 1 Box Office in the US. During 2005 Tony and Hilary also produced Children Of Men directed by Alfonso Cuaron and starring Clive Owen, Julianne Moore and Michael Caine. Children Of Men on its release in 2006 was received with critical and commercial success and was nominated for 3 Oscars and 3 BAFTAs.
With Phil Collins, who wrote the score, Tony was also very involved in the Broadway production of Disney’s Tarzan which opened on Broadway in May 2006 and continues to run with great success in various European capitals.
During 2007 Tony oversaw the long awaited Genesis reunion tour Turn It On Again which travelled through Europe and North America playing to 1.8 million people over 48 shows. The Turn It On Again tour received massive public and critical acclaim as well as winning various awards for its innovative production and astonishing sound.
Apart from developing and producing Rock of Ages over the last couple of years, Tony continues his management activities for Genesis, Phil Collins, Mike + The Mechanics and Pink Floyd as well as continuing with his extensive business interests.

Upcoming films to be released include Hesher (Natalie Portman and Joseph Gordon Levitt); Sympathy for the Delicious (Mark Ruffalo and Laura Linney); Barry Munday (Patrick Wilson and Judy Greer). Matt, along with Carl Levin and Scott Prisand, are producing the Rock of Ages movie which started filming January 2011 through New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. starring Tom Cruise.
